Below you will find a form that needs to be completed ahead of your stay, related to mandatory tourist registration & tourist tax purposes. Please fill in all the information prior to your stay & (please be aware that you are fully responsible for the data validity) so that we can complete the online registration process timely and avoid potential penalties.

To make it easier for you to complete it in time, feel free to share the link & code to this application to the other guest that will stay in our house. You can prefill their names and ask them to fill the remaining details. It is possible to temporarily save the form by clicking on the SAVE REGISTRATION button (this will not yet submit it).

Once all details are provided and validated, you can submit the form to us using the SUBMIT REGISTRATION button on the bottom of the page.

We will print the form out and leave it in the main living room. All guests need to sign it as confirmation of correct data entry. Please leave the signed form in the house, do not take it or throw it away. There may be an official check happening during your stay.

Leave the signed form in the house for us to file it as part of the tourist registration process.
